Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruiting activities, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday.
- Support onboarding and employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management within HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro.
- Contribute to benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims.
- Aid in employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data and supporting performance management initiatives.
- Assist with compliance activities including FMLA administration, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and labor law adherence.
- Support HR projects such as change management initiatives, organizational design efforts, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
- Facilitate communication with employees through social media management tools and internal communication channels to promote engagement and transparency.
Experience
- Prior experience in human resources or administrative roles with exposure to human capital management systems such as Paychex, Dayforce, or ADP is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like Taleo or Lever and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or iCIMS is advantageous.
- Experience with data collection, reporting, and analysis using platforms like Salesforce or PeopleSoft will be beneficial.
