Human Resources Assistan
t
is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Supports HR Leadership with day-to-day responsibilities as needed

Owns time adjustment and time off request processes for SC Team
-
Partners in onboarding and offboarding activities for local and remote team members
-
Enters new team members into the HR information system (HRIS) and maintains up-to-date employment information
-
Keeps accurate records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
-
Maintains HR files including but not limited to personnel files
-
Assists with the coordination of new hire Orientation, including communications and materials preparation
-
Supports Wellbeing initiatives virtually and onsite, including Wellness credits administration
-
Performs weekly and ad hoc reporting in support of internal departments and initiatives
-
Collects and maintains Hep B vaccination information for team members as required by OSHA
-
Assists with the equipment return process for separating team members
-
Serves as first point of contact for team members with general HR questions
-
Triages team member questions from multiple email and fax inboxes
-
P rovides support to other HR Departments/areas when needed (Benefits, Recruiting, Training, etc.)

Handles sensitive information and maintains confidentiality
Successful Candidates Must Possess
-
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
-
With a Bachelor’s degree, no experience required; with a high school diploma/GED, a minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience required

Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite, ADP preferred)

Must possess strong communication skills; professional communicator

SharePoint proficiency preferred

Prioritizing ability in a dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills required
-
Ability to quickly build productive working relationships and interact with staff at all levels
-
Ability to work independently and in a teaming, highly collaborative environment
