Human Resources Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: City of Industry, CA

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, HR policies, and supporting the overall growth of the company. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and workplace concerns
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Assist management with HR strategies and workforce planning
  • Some accounting experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR and or Accounting related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
