Role Description

The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, hourly, on-site role based in Marietta, GA. This position supports HR operations by assisting with tasks such as employee onboarding, internal records management, and maintaining Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Employee files, records and confidential HR documents
• Assist with onboarding new hires including paperwork, orientations, system setup and verification of employment through E-verify
• Assist with payroll processing by collecting and reviewing employee and vendor time cards on a daily basis
• Prepare and maintain any reports, spreadsheets or any other HR/payroll related documentation
• Assist with answering phones and internal office traffic
• Perform any and all additional HR duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred Knowledge of Time and Attendance Programs
• Preferred Knowledge of Quickbooks or any Payroll Software
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
