Human Resources Assistant

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and brings a strong customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit timesheets and pay-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Enter, update, and maintain employee records within the HCM system
  • Process retroactive pay adjustments as needed
  • Respond to and resolve employee pay inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support attendance management processes
  • Manage and resolve HR-related cases through a case management system
  • Assist with data clean-up and preparation efforts for system implementation projects
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple HR platforms and tools

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll, benefits, or wage and hour support preferred
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, and/or ServiceNow is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive, adaptable mindset
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Schedule & Work Environment

Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Hybrid schedule: Onsite 3 days per week

Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Weekday time off will be provided to offset weekend hours
