Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate, Business Operations & Principal Talent with 1-5 years of experience to contribute to Scalvy’s organizational growth. This role will support business operations, HR processes, and recruitment efforts while helping to build a strong and values-driven workplace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving operational processes across departments.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Maintain HR records and employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative and project support to business operations and HR initiatives.

Help monitor business and HR metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management.

• Contribute to employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate with U.S. and Egypt teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Around 1-5 years of experience in business operations, HR, or recruiting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR tools, recruiting platforms, or reporting systems (a plus).
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
