About the Role
  
  We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
  
   HR Associate
  
  with a primary focus on
  
   recruitment and talent acquisition
  
  . The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, coordinating with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, while also supporting other HR operations as needed.
 
   Key Responsibilities
  
   Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  
- 
   Manage
   
    end-to-end recruitment
   
   for assigned technical roles from sourcing to onboarding.
  
 - 
   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role specifications.
  
 - 
   Create and post job descriptions across portals, social media, and internal networks.
  
 - 
   Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
  
 - 
   Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly.
  
 - 
   Build a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and talent mapping.
  
 - 
   Partner with external agencies, institutes, and job boards for sourcing as required.
  
 - 
   Support campus hiring and internship drives.
  
 
   HR Operations & Support
  
- 
   Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires.
  
 - 
   Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
  
 - 
   Support HR documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  
 - 
   Participate in HR initiatives related to engagement, communication, and employer branding.
  
 - 
   Assist in periodic HR reports and compliance-related activities.
  
 
   Key Skills & Competencies
  
- 
   Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
  
 - 
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
 - 
   High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
  
 - 
   Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  
 - 
   Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
 
   Qualifications & Experience
  
- 
   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
 - 
    1–2 years of experience
   
   in HR, with a strong focus on
   
    recruitment or talent acquisition
   
   .
  
 - 
   Exposure to HR operations or generalist activities will be an advantage.
