Title: Human Resources Associate

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad.

Job Type : Full time.


Job Description:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Additional certifications in HR laws or HR analytics are an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • Experience or knowledge in handling international HR operations .
  • Full-cycle recruitment expertise with strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and documentation processes.
  • High attention to detail, with strong focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple HR tasks end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and HR policies; maintain updated statutory compliance records.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, maintain employee files, handle probation confirmations, and coordinate exits.
  • Support performance management processes, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
  • Maintain HRMIS data accuracy and generate relevant HR reports.
  • Assist in policy implementation, audits, and operational improvements across HR processes.
  • Manage employee queries timely and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
  • Ensure discipline, attendance hygiene, and professional behaviour across the workplace.
  • Support international HR coordination when required.
