HR Associate

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day HR operations across multiple healthcare and tech clients working closely with the Director in the delivery of all HR tasks projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and HR support.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Client Team Support
· Partner closely with the HR Director to support the execution of HR initiatives, processes, and client deliverables
· Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes: new-hire paperwork, background checks, credentialing coordination, orientation scheduling, and exit documentation
· Maintain accurate employee files, digital records, and HRIS data across client accounts
· Conduct routine employee file audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness
· Provide timely, professional responses to employee and manager inquiries
· Assist with employee relations documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks
· Track performance review cycles, training requirements, and compliance deadlines
Training & development Support
· Assist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of training sessions for employees and managers
· Prepare training materials, presentations, attendance tracking, and follow-up documentation
· Support scheduling, logistics, and communication for training programs
· Maintain and track employee training records and required licensing/certifications as applicable for assigned employees
· Ensure timely reminders, renewals, and documentation for client-specific or regulatory requirements
Benefits Administration
· Support benefits enrollment, changes, and termination processing across multiple client groups
· Assist employees with benefits questions and escalate complex inquiries as needed
· Maintain benefits records and ensure accurate documentation for audits and compliance
· Coordinate with benefits brokers and vendors to resolve issues and maintain data accuracy
· Assist with 401(k) enrollment, eligibility tracking, and contribution changes
· Support communication with employees regarding plan details, deadlines, and required documentation
· Coordinate with plan administrators to ensure accurate reporting and timely processing
· Maintain compliance documentation and support annual plan audits
Payroll Administration
· Assist with payroll preparation by collecting, reviewing, and verifying timekeeping data
· Support payroll changes including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and deductions
· Help audit payroll reports for accuracy prior to processing
· Coordinate with payroll providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing
Administrative & Operational Support
· Prepare HR documents, templates, forms, and client-specific communications
· Support scheduling for interviews, meetings, training sessions, and client events
· Maintain calendars, organize digital files, and ensure HR materials remain current
· Coordinate with payroll, benefits, credentialing, and compliance partners
· All other duties as assigned within position scope
Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure HR processes follow federal, state, and client-specific requirements
· Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation for healthcare and tech compliance needs
· Support policy updates, distribution, and acknowledgment tracking
Qualifications & Experience
· 1–3 years of HR and administrative support experience required
· Bachelor's Degree preferred; New HR graduates are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship are provided
· Experience supporting healthcare or technology environments is a plus
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite experience
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment with shifting priorities

Pay: $21.50 - $26.00 per hour
