Job Summary
Keen Care Management is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated Human Resources Associate to support daily HR operations and help foster positive employee experience! Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role interacts with both external applicants and employees at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Support full cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Prepare, process and review onboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing requirements, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date I9 records and other employment documentation. Follow the credential checklist to ensure all records and documents, such as I-9 files, are current and compliant.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Management
- Maintain and update employee records in both electronic and hard copy formats with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze HR reports; recommend and implement process improvements where needed.
- Track and update employee training hours, licenses, and certifications in systems such as Paychex and HHAeXchange
Administration
- Maintain employee files and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Update and maintain organizational charts and employee directory.
- Assist with benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, open enrollment, and employee updates.
Offboarding
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including preparing termination documentation and ensuring completion of required checklists.
- Assist in conducting and documenting exit interviews.
Additional Duties
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a reliable and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with HR systems such as Paychex and HHAeXchange preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and communication tools such as RingCentral is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour, paid biweekly.

- Monday to Friday, 09:00AM - 05:00PM
