Salary: $72,653 - $77,559 (with district longevity)

Job Summary: Eastern Carver County Schools is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Benefits Specialist serves as a member of the Human Resources team which plans, administers and coordinates all employee benefit functions for district staff.
Major Job Functions, Specific Tasks, Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: .Qualifications: A two-year post-secondary degree is required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in Benefits Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field is preferred.
Benefits: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Professional and Technical Personnel and Chaska School District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.
