This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to designing, delivering, maintaining, and evolving compensation programs that are compliant and in support of Microsoft’s pay priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for analytics in support of our global compensation strategy and approach across diverse markets. You’ll partner closely with compensation and other HR professionals to enable decision-making based on data-driven insights and advanced models, including scenario modeling and predictive analytics. You will also be a key partner in our data storytelling approach, creating compelling visualizations, and scalable models to communicate complex data in a clear and impactful way.

Do you enjoy using your quantitative and analytical skills to find and solve big problems? Are you passionate about enabling data-based decisions to tackle strategic challenges? We are looking for someone to do just that in the context of Microsoft’s biggest asset - our people.

  • You will determine the factors and/or data types to include in evaluations, accounting for risks. You’ll synthesize results across multiple evaluations, identify relevant connections to other work, and make recommendations for next steps.
  • By leveraging relationships across teams, you’ll ensure quality data sources, methodologies, and the appropriate application of analytical tools and processes. You’ll then promote methods that make core analytical and reporting work efficient, and evaluate the viability and relevance of automated reporting and analysis methods.
