POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is onsite position 5 days per week during regular business hours.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

  • Partner with the HR Leaders to implement and support HR strategies that meet site-specific goals.

  • Provide guidance on basic HR topics such as policies, procedures, and employee relations under the direction of the HR Leader.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and support informed decision making.

  • Help administer core HR programs (performance management, engagement, onboarding, etc.) at the site level.

  • Participate in employee relations investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions as needed.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and support on HR-related issues.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) with benefits, talent acquisition, and Learning & Development activities to ensure consistent HR support and compliance at the site.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Required Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Human Resources certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is desirable.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide support to employees and managers.

Skills Required

  • HR systems proficiency: Proficient in using basic HR information systems and common office software tools.

  • Data support capability: Able to manage routine HR data tasks and generate reports to support team needs.

  • Employment law knowledge: Familiar with fundamental labor laws and basic compliance requirements.
