Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.

Manage Payroll operations with accuracy and full compliance with company policies and labor law.

Contribute to the design and execution of Training and Development programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.

Support and strengthen the company’s People & Culture agenda through effective communication and initiatives.

Act as a trusted partner to line managers, providing practical HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and compliance.
Requirements:

3–5 years of professional HR experience.

Solid knowledge of labor laws and local regulations.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyze data and propose practical solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
