People Experience Specialist

We’re looking for a People Experience Specialist who will be the backbone of the growing team. From recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and culture building — this is a hands-on role that requires detail, discretion, and a people-first mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all roles.
• Oversee contracts, employee records, and compliance with Egyptian labour law.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programmes.
• Be the trusted go-to person for HR support and advice.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years’ experience in HR/People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and payroll practices.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Trustworthy, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup or high-growth company background is a plus.
