Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance and support in various HR functions. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive work environment and address any conflicts or concerns.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or Oracle HCM for data analysis and reporting.
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and developing career paths.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA regulations.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation efforts.
- Implement process improvements within HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and organization design.
- Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including recruiting, performance management, and employee evaluation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos, UltiPro) and data collection/analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage conflict.
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning and employment law compliance.
- Experience in project management related to HR initiatives is preferred.

Pay: $44.00 - $51.50 per hour
