The Position:
The HR Business Partner, reporting directly to the HRBP Manager and indirectly to the Director of Employee Relations, supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.
Provides human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm. This position will sit in our Franklin, MA location, and will support our other Massachusetts locations.
The compensation for this position ranges from $80-$90K/year, plus non-guaranteed bonus.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Strategic HR Support: Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Assist in talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts to build a strong workforce.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Training and Development: Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Cultural Ambassador: Lead initiatives that enhance and build upon our strong organizational culture
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration or related field. Master’s Degree a plus. May substitute 3-5 years of directly related experience in lieu of degrees.
  • HR professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly desired.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of managing complex employee relations issues with a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Human Capital Management systems preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desired.
  • Experience must demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills, investigatory techniques along with demonstrated abilities to effectively manage conflict in the workplace and independent ability to conceptualize, develop and affect problem resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to apply state, federal and municipal regulations impacting employee relations.
  • Experience must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
