They should Acting as a liaison between hotel departments and the broader HR function, the HRBP ensures effective delivery of core HR services, including talent development, payroll, performance management, HRIS administration, and government relations. Fostering a service-driven, compliant, and people-first culture that enhances both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Partner with hotel management to align HR strategies with guest service objectives and operational needs.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees

Resolve staff grievances in a timely, fair, and confidential manner, aligned with Saudi Labor Law and hotel policy.

Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company

Support SIAD HR in the creation and implementation of the annual training calendar.

Ensure payroll processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (GOSI, WPS, tax, etc.).

Coordinate with finance to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Generate reports and dashboards from HRIS to support business analysis, audits, and compliance.

Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition, communication, and well-being programs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals

Preferred: Familiarity with working on Mena itch (HR & Payroll system)
