Human Resources Business Partner

Position summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and delivers value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

· Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals

· Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development

· Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

· Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes

· Advise on performance management and employee development

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

· Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions

· Facilitate change management initiatives

· Continuously works in a manner that is safe to self and others.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 years or more of progressive experience in human resources
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills; problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking
  • High degree of confidentiality and ethical practice
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written communication)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient understanding on how to use Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
