Job Description
# Act as a senior advisor to executives and business leaders on HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
# Collaborate with Operations leads to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
# Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs.
# Drive the talent agenda by collaborating on succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management processes.
# Coach managers on how to effectively develop their teams, identify high-potential performance management processes., and address performance gaps.
# Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
# Drive employee engagement strategies that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
# Serve as a change champion during organizational transformation and business expansion.
# Lead and support initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, such as team building, culture-building programs, and employee engagement surveys.
# Use data and insights to diagnose organizational health and recommend proactive solutions.
# Utilize HR metrics and data (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
# Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring risks are managed appropriately.
# Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
# Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures in compliance with company policy and labor laws.
# Serve as a liaison between the business unit and HR's Centers of Excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Cmpensation ) to roll out and implement company wide H programs and Initiatives
Qualifications
#Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
#20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or HRBP role.
# Proven experience in strategic HR partnering at a director or head level in a multinational or large scale organization.
# Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
# Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and global HR practices.
# Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
# Strong understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and how HR initiatives impact business outcomes.
