About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Also will be ensuring that the HR practices are aligned with and support the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all Managerial level escalations ( hierarchical escalation - escalations impacting the work environment that need more departments’ interference to validate )
  • Validating and implementing Disciplinary Actions after running HR investigations.
  • Analyzing the submitted penalties on monthly basis to ensure accuracy, and flag any invalid cases when found.
  • Discuss with the Managers different ways to motivate their employees and lead more effectively
  • Conduct a monthly attrition analysis to ensure data accuracy, identify key drivers of attrition, and develop targeted action plans
  • Working on the action plan to improve the onboarding experience Ensures that all employees are aware and abiding to the Company’s process, raisie flags if process are not applied and find solutions to concerns shared by the leader
  • Analyze human resource metrics and compare results to key performance indicators.


Qualifications:


  • University Graduate.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working as an Employee Relations Specialist in any mass -hiring company.
  • Awareness of Labor Law Rules and Processes.
  • Excellent Command of English.
