🚀 We’re Hiring | HRBP Senior Associate

Location: Noida Sector - 62 | Experience: 1–3 years | Employment Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about building strong employee experiences while aligning HR strategies with business goals? We are looking for an HRBP Senior Associate to join our team and play a key role in driving organizational success through people practices.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and exits.
• Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights.
• Coordinate training and employee development initiatives in collaboration with L&D.
• Contribute to HR policy and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

Preferred: Experience in fast-paced/start-up environments, exposure to D&I initiatives, and familiarity with tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or BambooHR.
