Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints of misconduct, harassment, or policy violations.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, corrective actions, and legal compliance.

Develop and implement ER strategies to promote a positive workplace culture and reduce risk.
Policy Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and company standards.

Interpret and apply policies consistently across the organization.

Minimize legal risk by keeping up-to-date with employment law and best practices.
Change Management & Communication

Support organizational change initiatives, mergers, or restructures from the people side.

Facilitate transparent communication between management and employees.

Champion initiatives that improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Training & Development

Identify training needs related to employee relations (e.g., conflict resolution, manager coaching).

Deliver or coordinate training sessions to upskill managers on handling ER matters effectively.
Data & Reporting

Use HR analytics to identify trends in employee behavior, turnover, grievances, and engagement.

Prepare and present reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.
