Job Description
We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance on matters related to policy, disciplinary issues, grievances, exits & sensitive / high risk matters

Organize and lead focussed group discussions & discovery interviews on engagement and HR investigations
-
Robust documentation of all focussed group discussions & discovery interviews & review and share insights for the span/site for management review & decision making

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
-
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Provide HR policy guidance

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Identify training needs for teams and individuals

Evaluate training programs & recommend new HR strategies
Requirements and skills
-
Proven work experience as an HR business partner with 3 to 6 yrs of experience

Ability to prioritize, execute programs & transactions in a fast paced environment
-
Should be open to work in night Shifts.
