This role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution, offering a dynamic opportunity to make a real impact.


Onsite Only - Must reside in Phoenix, Arizona


What You’ll Do:

  • Be a go-to partner for leaders and teams, helping align people strategies with business goals.
  • Drive meaningful HR initiatives that enhance employee experiences and support team performance.
  • Offer clear, approachable guidance on HR policies, best practices, and day-to-day questions.
  • Guide performance review cycles and development conversations to help people grow and succeed.
  • Contribute to career development, succession planning, and team capability-building efforts.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive work culture by supporting strong employee connections.
  • Stay informed on evolving employment laws and help teams stay aligned with HR compliance standards.
  • Keep HR processes moving smoothly—from updating job descriptions to managing documentation and employee changes.
  • Partner with safety and compliance teams to support a healthy and secure workplace.
  • Jump in to support the recruiting team with compensation research, job profiles, and pre-employment steps as needed.


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency in UKG PRO
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment regulations.
  • A natural collaborator and communicator who builds trust and credibility across teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • A balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Agility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
