Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Business Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our human capital strategies and fostering a thriving workplace culture. As a key driver of HR excellence, you will leverage your expertise to implement innovative HR solutions, support change management efforts, and ensure compliance with employment laws—all while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Duties

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes through HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or Oracle HCM; conduct interviews; and coordinate onboarding to attract top talent.
  • Oversee human resources management functions including employee relations, performance management, training & development programs, and employee orientation sessions.
  • Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration processes using platforms like Paylocity, or Kronos to ensure seamless employee experiences.
  • Facilitate change management projects by assessing organizational needs, designing organization structures, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage conflict resolution and employee relations issues with transparency and professionalism while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis related to HR metrics using HRIS tools like Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Support diversity initiatives through affirmative action planning and promote inclusive hiring practices utilizing.
  • Lead employee evaluation processes by developing performance management systems that motivate high performance and recognize achievement.
  • Collaborate on HR sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates through effective negotiation skills and targeted outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, organization design, and talent management strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Paylocity similar systems for data analysis and process automation.
  • Solid knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations; experience managing employee relations issues professionally.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and leadership levels; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration tools like ADP or Paylocity; experience in recruiting via ATS platforms such as Taleo or Ceridian is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze HR data for strategic insights; experience with process improvement methodologies is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
