We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will manage operational processes with precision and take part in developing strategic HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR contact point for employees within assigned departments, ensuring alignment between HR policies, processes, and daily operations.
• Identify business unit needs and collaborate with relevant HR functions (Employee Experience, Organizational Development, HR Operations, etc.) to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to create a positive and trustworthy working environment that enhances employee engagement and well-being.
• Provide HR expertise and coaching to leaders on people-related matters, supporting them in achieving business goals.
• Ensure the effective implementation of HR activities such as budgeting, performance management, recruitment, learning & development, and HR operations.
• Take an active role as project leader or team member in HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and cross-functional relationships within the organization.
• Act as an ambassador of the company’s culture, demonstrating commitment to learning, growth, and employee engagement.
• Set and maintain high performance and ethical standards in line with company values.
• Focus on effective communication and relationship-building skills to support a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably as an HR Business Partner).
• Proven ability to collaborate with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Experience in performance management, talent development, training, employee engagement, and organizational development processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a focus on employee relations.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of labor law and related legal regulations.
