Job Title: HR Business Partner (Remote)


Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner for a temporary assignment to support fast-moving teams with strategic HR guidance and hands-on operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to managers and teams.
  • Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Support the rollout and execution of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations.
  • Guide teams on performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HR best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably within large technology organizations.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and contingent workforce regulations.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setup.
