WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • You’re fluent in English (you can comfortably have conference calls or interviews, presentations with native speakers)
  • You have a BA/BS degree in relevant fields
  • You can efficiently use MS Office Programs
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and a fast-paced global environment.
  • High level of cultural awareness, comfort working across different countries/regions.
  • You’re an analytical and observant interviewer with a business acumen
  • You’re a commercially literate HR professional, who can understand business needs and translate them to applicable HR projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You’re mature enough to handle relationships with colleagues from all levels.
  • Natural relationship builder, managing relationships with all stakeholders, influencing change, and building credibility.
  • You align with stakeholder needs, and you always maintain a high service quality.
  • Agility to act in a strategic and tactical capacity as needed and toggle between the two with the ease and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with global HR team to develop standard programs for related processes& procedures.
  • You have progressive experience in managing recruitment projects for a variety of positions/levels
  • You have solid examples that you come up with “out-of-the-box” HR solutions to business problems.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...


  • Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams globally to translate business strategy into HR priorities and people-solution
  • Hold full accountability for end-to-end & hands-on management of HR issues from pre-opening phase to make sure that the operation kicks off efficiently on targeted opening date (including legal infrastructure, mass recruitment, onboarding and training, preparation of employee manuals, etc.)
  • Proactively identifies management & operational gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks
  • Ensure all legislative actions in terms of employee life cycle (logistics, accommodation, visa processes)
  • Collaborate with centres of excellence (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions across geographies.
  • Administer the disciplinary processes based on the local labour laws
  • You’ll be sourcing and selecting candidates for vacant positions
  • You will be managing relationships with recruitment vendors from various geographies and cultures
  • You will be working in a very demanding and high paced environment, yet you will be keeping relevant systems up to date, producing periodic and ad hoc reports meticulously
  • Define, design and implement innovative and business-relevant sourcing and hiring strategies
