WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’re fluent in English (you can comfortably have conference calls or interviews, presentations with native speakers)

You have a BA/BS degree in relevant fields

You can efficiently use MS Office Programs

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams globally to translate business strategy into HR priorities and people-solution
-
Hold full accountability for end-to-end & hands-on management of HR issues from pre-opening phase to make sure that the operation kicks off efficiently on targeted opening date (including legal infrastructure, mass recruitment, onboarding and training, preparation of employee manuals, etc.)

Proactively identifies management & operational gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks

Ensure all legislative actions in terms of employee life cycle (logistics, accommodation, visa processes)

Collaborate with centres of excellence (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions across geographies.

Administer the disciplinary processes based on the local labour laws

You’ll be sourcing and selecting candidates for vacant positions
-
You will be managing relationships with recruitment vendors from various geographies and cultures
-
You will be working in a very demanding and high paced environment, yet you will be keeping relevant systems up to date, producing periodic and ad hoc reports meticulously

Define, design and implement innovative and business-relevant sourcing and hiring strategies
