Strategic partnership and HR advisory role

Understand business unit drivers, priorities and implement the agreed priorities and HR initiatives, ensuring effective implementation to create real business value for effort and cost associated.

Maintain relationship with the HR centers of excellence, to ensure that agreed levels of effective service are delivered.

Assist in identifying and promoting HR best practices and competitor benchmarks across functions to drive continuous improvement throughout the sectors.
Organizational Design & Performance management

Support in maintaining stable organizational structure & HC through business needs understanding.

Assure the structure of the designated account across the bank, and approve requests organizational changes submitted by departments, validating changes and make recommendations to ensure compliance with the Bank's strategy.

Manage the maintenance of job descriptions, and ensure that they are updated to reflect changes that occur in the Bank's structure.

Manage annual Performance appraisal cycle with stakeholders, and ensure proper implementation of performance management system, beginning with setting smart objectives and ending with proper bell curve.

Support in overseeing the implementation of the performance management cycle, to ensure that business objectives are achieved and results are aligned with the annual business plan.
Capability, succession planning and development

Coordinate succession and development planning program across the bank, in coordination with the organization development department.

With the collaboration of line of business, assist in identifying the individual training needs, based on business requirements and performance gaps, to ensure proper implementation of the plan set in collaboration with the learning and development department.
Recruitment Planning & Implementation

Oversee the implementation of the recruitment cycle, with standard operating procedures and service level agreement, to ensure efficiency in fulfilling recruitment and staff needs in coordination with the recruitment department.

Ensure that all roles have up to date role profiles.
Rewards and recognizing top performers

Identify the right reward mechanism for high and low performers, and develop efficient actions reflecting the business achievements and results.

Assist in managing the implementation of the annual pay round process with the concerned stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision makers and measure effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Prepare and present reports on HR related metrics and trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

3 years experience in related field

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices & employment laws.
