🔹 Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Utilities Management operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to all HR functions , and business partnering within technical, engineering, or utilities-related environments. This role will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with departmental leaders to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations , including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition efforts to ensure timely hiring of technical, engineering, and operational roles.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR policies.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, capability building, and workforce planning.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and support change management processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery and process efficiency.


🔹 Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably within utilities, engineering, construction, facilities management, or industrial sectors .
  • Proven experience in HR Operations .
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle systems.
  • HR certifications is an advantage.
