Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience in human resources functions such as talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and disciplinary processes, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner

Experience in performance evaluation and calibration processes

Hands-on experience as a practitioner in assessment and development center applications

Strong capability in on-the-job observation and providing effective feedback
-
Experience in project management
-
Coaching certification from ICF-accredited institutions is preferred

Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and effectively support the implementation of change across the organization

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to take agile actions in line with operational needs
-
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

High adaptability to new technologies and the ability to generate alternative solutions with a creative approach.
Responsibilities

Managing performance calibration and feedback processes, including the management of low and high performers and the creation of development plans following performance evaluations

Leading promotion and appointment processes in collaboration with relevant expert teams
-
Identifying critical positions, managing succession planning processes, and identifying high-potential employees
-
Providing support and mentorship to employees on KPI and OKR-related processes
-
Conducting exit interviews and managing disciplinary processes such as warnings and defense procedures in collaboration with relevant expert teams
-
Analyzing and reporting employee engagement and satisfaction survey results, ensuring the development and follow-up of action plans with managers, and conducting climate interviews when required

Observing managers in their current work environments in line with the company’s leadership model and providing development-focused feedback through on-site observations
-
Contributing to projects aimed at enhancing employee experience, improving HR systems and processes, and supporting the organization’s strategic change and transformation initiatives
