QUALIFICATIONS;


  • Graduated from reputable universities’ respective faculties (Industrial Engineering, labor economics and industrial relations, Business Administration, Phycology etc.),
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Result oriented with problem solving and analytical approach.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department,
  • Identify business units’ needs and communicate them with related units (Engagement & Organizational Development, HR Operations) in HR Department for further actions,
  • Build strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment,
  • Present a strong HR expertise and coaching on people issues, in order to assist leaders whenever it is necessary,
  • Ensure the execution and delivery of all HR activities (Budget, Performance Management, Training, Resourcing, Wellbeing, HR Operations and etc.) in an effective and excellent way,
  • Take part in HR projects as a project leader or project member whenever it is necessary,
  • Building strong individual and organizational relationships and interacting with all organizational levels of related departments,
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador,
  • Understand expectations and demonstrate a personal accountability for keeping performance on track,
  • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.
