Our client, a large regional conglomerate, is looking for an HR Business Partner, based in Dammam, to support and drive the people agenda across the business.

This role will focus on partnering closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.

You will play a key role in performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organisational development.

You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, supporting talent development initiatives, and ensuring HR best practices and policies are effectively implemented.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
