Salary: $80,000 – $110,000

Schedule: Standard business hours (Onsite)

About The Role

We are looking for a HR Business partner to work with a leading medical device company seeking to support a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with leadership to drive key HR initiatives, support employees, and help build a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support day-to-day HR operations
• Drive talent management initiatives including learning & development, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Support a fast-paced life sciences environment
• Assist with organizational development and HR strategy execution
• Travel to support business needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of Human Resources experience
• Previous experience in life sciences or R&D environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
