The HR Business Partner (Specialist) will act as a trusted advisor to designated business units, supporting leaders and employees on all HR-related matters. The role focuses on executing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws, and driving employee engagement, performance, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering

Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters.

Support business leaders in workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.

Support onboarding and induction programs to enhance new hire experience.
Performance & Engagement

Assist in implementing performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.

Support initiatives to drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention.

Work with managers to identify talent gaps and support Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Compensation & Compliance

Provide input on salary reviews and promotions within approved frameworks.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years’ HR generalist or HRBP experience (preferably in a multinational/fast-growth environment).

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Proficiency in HRMS/ATS platforms and MS Office Suite.
