Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture & Engagement: Support and execute engagement strategies, organize internal events, and measure employee morale through pulse checks and surveys.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving day-to-day HR issues and interpersonal conflicts with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Training & Development: Identify upskilling needs, coordinate internal/external workshops, and lead onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment for critical and priority roles, from job posting to final interviews.
  • Outsourcing Coordination: Serve as the liaison for external agencies, managing medical insurance, social insurance (Form 1/6), and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Policy & Operations: Draft and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and manage the employee lifecycle (attendance, leaves, probation, and offboarding).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or a relevant field.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to drive project completion in expedited timelines with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent content writing skills.
  • Soft Skills: A proactive self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling competing priorities under pressure.
  • Collaboration: A strong team player with the ability to foster highly productive, functional relationships.
