Core Responsibilities:

Continuously monitors and checks implementation of Human Resource policies in the assigned divisions to ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and/or regulations.

Ensures up to date and accurate staff records for the assigned division(s) are maintained at all times.

Facilitates goal setting, reviews, appraisal and normalization processes as per organizational guidelines in order to drive the performance management process for the assigned division(s).

Leads the identification and delivery of various employee engagement initiatives as well as communication and implementation of any new or changes in policies and procedures for the assigned division(s) in order to ensure up-to-date information and compliance with legal laws and/or regulations.

Liaises with the Reward Department as and when required to support compensation and benefits review and benchmarking related exercises for the assigned division(s).

Oversees the coordination with various Human Resource functions with the aim to ensure effective delivery of the required Human Resource services to the assigned divisions.

Represents the assigned division(s) in the Human Resource team by sharing information on their business and people-related challenges with a view to inform the overall Human Resource strategy, plans, initiatives and systems.

Facilitates implementation of the succession planning and high potential identification and development process for the assigned division(s) in line with the guidelines and procedures identified at the SAB level, with the aim of building the leadership pipeline in the division(s).

Liaises with the assigned division(s) to understand their business strategies and goals and jointly identify the Human Resource related implications, priorities and requirements in order to meet these business requirements (e.g. around recruitment, retention, development).

Provides advice and guidance to line managers on Human Resource issues, including performance issues and disciplinary matters, reviews and analyses Human Resource reports/statistics and provides recommendations to aid decision-making and planning processes for the assigned division(s).

Works closely with the line managers and the Learning and Development Department to facilitate identification of learning needs, and development of training plans and other learning initiatives (including coaching, job rotation, projects and assignments) for the assigned division(s).

Works with the line managers and the Recruitment Department determining the headcount requirements and projections, job specifications and recruitment plans and gets involved in the candidate screening, assessment and interviewing process to help meet the manpower and recruitment needs of the assigned division(s).
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.

Around 7 years of experience with preferred 4 years in a relevant role.
