**Position Summary**
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides day-to-day guidance
and support to front-line and mid-tier managers across the bank. This
role focuses on associate relations, performance counseling, and
people-management practices, while also contributing to talent
development, succession planning, and compensation support. The HRBP
partners closely with managers to strengthen leadership capability,
promote associate engagement, and ensure HR programs are delivered
effectively.\
This is a \*mid-level HR role\* designed for an experienced HR
professional who enjoys working directly with managers and associates to
solve people challenges and improve workplace effectiveness.
**Minimum Qualifications**
\- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field.\

36 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business
partner or HR generalist role.\

Solid knowledge of associate relations, performance management, and HR
fundamentals.\

Banking or financial services experience a plus, but not required.\

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
coach managers effectively.\

Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.\

Comfortable using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.\

Partner with HR team members to deliver training sessions for

opportunities for associates.\

Support succession planning discussions, particularly for front-line
and supervisory roles.\

reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.\
