Human Resources Business Partner (Assistant Manager)

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to join our Human Resources Department located in Yalova.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines,
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience as a generalist or HRBP (experience in shipyards and/or ship operating companies is a plus),
• (Preferably) Expat management and global mobility management experience,
• Good command of English (both written and verbal),
• Experience in white & blue collar recruitment and onboarding process,
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and external contacts,
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Analytical mindset with a strong result orientation, counseling and conflict resolution skills,
• Ability to travel when needed,
• Residency in Yalova, İstanbul -Anatolian side- or Kocaeli.

• Being responsible for overseas & domestic operations of the human resources management, including white collar & blue collar recruitment, onboarding, candidate & employee experience and satisfaction, talent development, disciplinary and exit processes,
• Taking part in HR projects to aid the growing organization
• Working closely with department managers on resource planning & employee development,
• Enabling coordination between the headquarter and shipyard in terms of human resources policies.
• Being in coordination with related functions and performing all relevant tasks in accordance with related laws and company regulations,
• Coaching and advising department managers on people & culture related issues,
• Designing and preparing HR reports and carring out process development activities using data analysis.
