VP - Talent Advisory (HRBP)


Being a true P&C partner to the business, sitting with leaders to understand their teams’ operations, fostering relationships and provide insights and advice on P&C matters, in strong alignment with existing P&C policies and processes.

Responsibilities:


Business Partnering

  • Develop partnerships with leaders to understand business needs and to provide relevant People & Communications solutions and advice
  • Act as the point-person for business leaders on P&C matters and connecting the business with P&C teams based on specific needs
  • Conduct workforce and business analysis to spot trends and provide data-based insights to business leaders on their teams


Employee Engagement

  • Stay informed of legal requirements regarding employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance by collaborating with the legal department.
  • Engage with business teams and identify development, succession and internal mobility opportunities aligned to business goals; facilitate year-end performance calibration sessions.
  • Advise business leaders on Emiratization approach/targeted initiatives to attract, develop and retain Nationals


P&C Collaboration

  • Work with P&C teams to co-create solutions for business needs
  • Inform employee relations team on relevant issues that arise in the business, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed
  • Oversee the implementation of P&C policies and procedures, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation to staff.
  • ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Work with OD to implement organizational changes, creating business cases in Jira and job descriptions for new roles/role changes
  • Work with T&P to facilitate the performance management cycle
  • Keep P&C teams updates of relevant business developments



Qualifications

  • Min 10+ years in senior HR role with leading GCC organization
  • Min. 5 years in HRBP role and 2 years leading a team
  • Strong exposure to all People fields (ER, L&D, PM, TA, OD, etc.)
  • Preferably from the private sector, and ideally real estate or construction
