Job Description:

As an HR Business Partner reporting to HRBP Manager, you will bring broad skills to the teams and programs in our operational functions.
-
You will work with operational team members as a strategic partner, helping to shape their SunExpress experience.

As HRBP, you will be responsible for supporting all HR Service needs of technical departments such as engineering, operations, and line maintenance.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or specialist role with progression

Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish
-
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Experience in SAP is an advantage

Experience in reporting and presenting
Responsibilities:

Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation to
Technical
departments’ employees,

Working as a talent acquisition partner to fulfill the stakeholder needs

Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Facilitating effective communication channels between employees

Collaborating with employees to align HR strategies and programs with the organization's overall objectives and goals. Identifying HR needs, trends, and issues that may impact the business

Providing guidance on compensation-related matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
-
Developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Communicating policies and procedures to employees and providing guidance on their interpretation and application

Collecting and analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
-
Supporting the related departments to organize the shift work system according to the working law
-
Preparing regular reports and presentations on HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
-
Maintaining recruitment projects for different operational / technical departments and conducting the process from beginning to end. Opening job advertisements in the career portals, filtering candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks, hiring and on-boarding process

Working very closely with employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention

Being partner with Talent Management to provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning and provide support during the SET (SunExpress Targets) process
