Job Summary:
Golden Freight Forwarding is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Specialist to lead and manage the company’s Performance Appraisal (PA) process on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in shaping a structured, fair, and effective appraisal system that supports employee growth and aligns with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end performance review process and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Performance Appraisal Forms tailored to various roles and functions within the company.
- Develop, document, and update a comprehensive performance appraisal process, including timelines, workflows, and role responsibilities.
- Partner with department heads and leadership to align appraisal criteria with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Lead the communication strategy for the appraisal cycle, ensuring clear understanding among all employees and managers.
- Facilitate training sessions for managers and staff on the appraisal system, including expectations, process navigation, and evaluation standards.
- Oversee the execution of the appraisal process to ensure consistency, timeliness, and fairness across departments.
- Analyze appraisal data and feedback, generating actionable insights for employee development and organizational growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports and recommendations to HR leadership and executive management to drive process enhancements.
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in performance management and apply them to improve existing systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Performance Management or a similar HR function.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing PA forms and processes from scratch.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace (Forms/Sheets), and other HR tools/platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
