Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in any HR function. The candidate should be strong in communication, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. This role requires someone confident in public speaking and capable of interacting with senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBA in Human Resources or relevant specialization
• 1–2 years of experience in any HR function (Recruitment, HR Operations, HRBP support, Learning & Development, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and stakeholder interactions
