This role offers flexible, variable hours based on client activity and can be performed remotely with some onsite work in the Las Vegas area.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, managing a variety of HR functions including:

• Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Benefits administration and HR compliance support
• Learning and development program facilitation
• Employee relations investigations
• Performance management guidance
• Training and development including facilitation of leadership courses
• Compensation benchmarking and analysis
• Employee engagement initiatives and implementation
• Employee handbook and HR policy development
• HRIS implementation and support

You’ll also:

• Build strategic relationships with client leadership across industries
• Collaborate with fellow consultants to develop tools and best practices
• Provide timely, thoughtful responses to HR inquiries and concerns
• Support high-impact HR initiatives and special projects with senior team members

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in generalist, HRBP, or HR management roles
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Flexible, self-directed, and collaborative team player
• Comfortable with remote work and occasional in-person meetings
