Project Overview
We are seeking dynamic and versatile contingent workers to join our HR department for up to 24 months. This role provides the opportunity to engage in the daily operations of the HR team, contributing to key projects and tasks while the team undergoes an HR transformation project. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive HR experience in a supportive environment.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Support the HRBP team with administrative tasks and projects.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Provide support in administering and executing HR programs, including compensation, performance and talent management, and employee engagement.
• Assist with implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Support HRBPs with reporting requests and presentation preparation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role or administrative position.
