Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with DOH and MLTC home-care regulations. This role supports our HR and Compliance departments by maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely credential renewals, and assisting with onboarding and training of Home Health Aides (HHAs), PCAs, and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee personnel files (applications, physicals, credentials, evaluations, etc.)
• Ensure staff compliance with DOH and MLTC requirements
• Track and follow up on expiring certifications, physicals, and in-service trainings
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff
• Coordinate scheduling of annual, initial, and ongoing in-service trainings
• Process employee status changes, separations, and updates in HR systems
• Support payroll and attendance reporting as needed
• Collaborate with DPS and compliance teams for audits and CAP submissions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care HR or compliance preferred
• Knowledge of MyEVV, or similar EMR systems a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday, Wednesday Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-time position/ Transition to Full-Time
• Competitive hourly or salaried pay (based on experience)
• Benefits available after probationary period

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
