Encore Global Solutions is a “Client Solutions” center seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join the management team. This position requires a work-oriented and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. This position performs responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll administration, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, onboarding, hiring, and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator may include:

  • Administers HR plans and procedures for the personnel
  • Payroll and company benefit administration
  • Implement and administer employee policies
  • Recruitment and retention of personnel
  • Remain current on HR-related laws
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Assists in administrative tasks
  • Vendor relationships and management
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Occasional non-standard schedule related to business needs

Skills:

  • Payroll
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by level of importance
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English - required
  • Availability for hybrid work scenario

  • Bachelor's
