Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human capital management principles to foster a positive workplace environment.

Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
  • Collaborate on change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance on conflict management and resolution strategies.
  • Participate in strategic planning efforts related to workforce management and organization design.
  • Assist in training and development programs to promote employee growth and succession planning.
  • Conduct data collection for HR metrics and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Experience with project management principles and tools for effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data entry, social media management for recruitment purposes, and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, and employee evaluation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.17 - $27.90 per hour
