Segam Group has a job opening for a Human Resources Coordinator.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.
  • Prepare periodic HR-related reports.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs for the factory.
  • Assess employee training requirements in coordination with department heads.
  • Monitor the performance of new employees during their probationary period.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory safety policies.
  • Implement and follow up on occupational health and safety policies in collaboration with the safety team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an industrial or food-related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Preferably a resident of El Faiyum.


Working Days

  • 6 days per week.


Working Place

  • El Faiyum Elgideda .
